Using Lore
Everything you can say after /lore - there is no argument grammar to learn.

What Lore finds
Lore's unit is the beat: your prompt (the intent), everything the agent did until your next prompt (the method - real executed commands, files, exit codes), and your reply as a free outcome label (approval or correction).
- Corroborated workflows - you asked for X and the agent did Y, repeatedly, and it worked. The strongest candidates for runbook-style skills.
- Latent expertise - thematic mining reads your conversational beats (reviews, decisions, corrections) and surfaces practices you operate without naming: how you review, how you diagnose, how you direct a model.
- Team practices - in shared repos, committed histories are attributed per author; a workflow several people share is proposed as a project-scoped skill for the whole team.
Keeping skills current
Lore's registry remembers what it forged and what you declined:
- Re-runs never re-propose what you declined unless the evidence grows materially.
- When a forged skill's underlying evidence grows (new sessions, new failure modes), Lore proposes an update to the existing skill rather than a duplicate.
